Yes at any rate. I am not sure why you ask at low rate only. Something important, in order to get any programing in your ESC you need to power the minibx with a separate rx battery using the cable in the back of the minibox. The motor power battery also needs to be conected to the ESC.
The ESC goes to the front of the minibox. Make sure that polarity is correct since plug goes inbany direction.
