RE: ESM Sea Fury 80' - Build log
My kit has at last arrived and for the most part I am very happy. There are a few problems however. The wing joiners are hopeless and I broke one just undoing the tape holding them together. The quality of the wood is very poor and unlike any ESM models I have had in the past. The flaps need a bit of the work to fit properly and the ailerons do not match the curvature of the wing so will need to be stripped, re profiled and re covered. these are not big problems at all and they are the reason I always order ESM models without any paint. It also seems that I am missing all of my pushrods for the ailerons and flaps which is annoying. I will have to chat to the importer again
