The hole for the servo is a little too small for our servos. A little hacksaw worked the best for me to remove a little material.

It needs to be about 1/16" wider on both sides of the servo. I started in the middle with the hacksaw and went to one corner. The second picture is what it looked like with the cut just getting started.

When you get to the first corner from the middle, turn the saw over and go the opposite direction to the other corner.

Turn the stab over and repeat on the other side of the servo.

I used a #2 X-acto handle and a blade with a 45 degree angle to take a very small amount off of each end.

About 10 minutes of work and the servo drops right in.
