Hi Ken, you will have to send in your bad usb interface cable to Ikarus USA and purchase a replacement. If it is outside the 2 year warranty period the cable will be exchanged for $34.95 plus S&H to Aussie. Once you receive the new cable (which is of the new "usb key" design), you will have to register it through AFPD.
