Get volumes one and two!!

Higley's the guy! You might want to look at the others in the line. The book 'Bipes' goes into more 'building detail' and thats not just for Bipes!

The publishers of Model Airplane News have a few books, but I find they are rather pricey. RC Modeler magazine have a few as well. Just look in teh back of both magazines, and you'll see the ads for them..

Another 'cheap' way to gain experience, is to buy a Gullows kit, and build it. These are little 'rubber band powered' (Most!!) planes that teach stick building, show die cutting, and basic covering..
