That wouldn't be overweight by any means.
It would balance spot on.
The 20 cc gas 2 stokes are in the 35oz range and balance and fly
W/o any issues.
Make sure you use strong metal gear servos
And ditch the elevator and rudder control hardware.
You would be good to go
