At $50 your options are limited. Jump up a little and the eRC Micro Stick from Hobby Lobby is a good choice at $75. If you might go on with airplanes I would suggest the Night Vapor. I had a Vapor for 3 years and it took a beating and flew very well. Cannot handle any wind but it can actually be flown in the house unlike many other so called indoor flyers. I could also take it out on calm evenings and get it up a couple hundred feet withe the birds and just cruise around. A wonderful bit of engineering.
