Just flex it a bit, and it will loosen up. If you put acetone on it you will weaken the bond with the wood and will be likely to cause the hinge to fail later. CA hinges are a great resource for us, but they are a one shot deal. There is no fixing them once they glue is applied, so if something it wrong all you can do is cut it off and make a new slot.
