I have found the new RCU to be acceptable and every effort has been made to correct real deficiencies. That does not mean what you or I think needed to be fixed, but stuff that was flatly wrong. I actually have been impressed with the various improvements and repairs to broken things that get done as time goes on. But we all know I stay out of step all of the time...
