I think that with the rules allowing an experienced pilot, you will be able to concentrate more on design variables and not worry so much about learning to taxi and fly.
With that in mind, I would suggest that you post your project in the aerodynamics forum on this site

I don't know much about this and it is not free, but I have heard that
