If it is a GWS with JST(BEC) connectors, just reverse the motor rotation by connecting the plug from the ESC to the motor with red to black and black to red. Then put a standard prop on the shaft with the FRONT of the prop facing the motor (and obviously the front of the plane).
Note: If its a motor with polarized plugs (e.g. Deans Ultra) you'll have to resolder the wires (in reversed orientation) at the connecting plug, or on the back of the motor itself, to get the motor to run in the reverse direction. Then put on the prop as described above.
