This is hard work from a smart phone where my couple of pics are. Anyway, here goes my input from the assembly and flying the Zipper.

Assembly:
1) The nylon keeper on the elevator EZ connectwas pressed on tightly enough to preclude the EZ Connect rotating in the elev control horn.
2) I drilled the aileron servo and aileron control horn holes to .040 inch. The push rods were overly snug in these two areas.
3) After cutting free the elevators, the right side elevator was not attached to the U shaped wire that connects the elevator halves. A drop of thin CA corrected this.

Flying:

1) The Zipper has the smallest motor I have seen. However, it flies the plane very well. Most of my flight time is around half throttle.
2) The plane has to be held by the fuse aft of the wing for launch. This makes throwing the plane nose up more difficult.
3) I used a 500mah HK 3 cell lipo. The batt all the way forward made the cg perfect.
4) Five minute flights used 190 mah. 10 plus min flights would be no problem.

Overall, very happy with the Zipper.
