Thanks Isaac! here is what I do.

First I make a scale drawing of what I want.


Then using as many reference as I can, for example the position of each line in reference to a fixed point in the fuse (wings, spinner, stab) an start drawing with a fine pencil, its a looong process, but rewarding at the end. for the curve lines I make templates to duplicate them on both sides and also use general templates that can be used in more than one curve. There is a lot of trial and error in the process and I end up drawing and erasing lines a lot of times.
