OK, I don't know how PayPal works. They screwed me and I cancelled my account. I mean PayPal screwed me, not HobbyKing - I've never ordered from them.
But Chris is telling you to file a dispute. You are saying it is too late. Chris says they contacted PayPal about it already. Have you contacted PayPal to see if that's true? Maybe this case is an exception to their 45-day rule? Again, I don't know anything about how this works. I'm just asking.
