A Futaba Sbus setup might be a good way to go if you are flying Futaba and have the radio tx to do the job?
Otherwise, perhaps something like this would help to cut down on the number of things you have to plug in on assembly at the field, but I do not know of anyone making a cannon plug for models. I suppose you might pick up some small ones for full scale planes but I promise you that the price tag for anything used on a full scale airplane will scare you to death.
