For going fast, horsepower is only part of it. You also need RPM. Sport engines usually aren't happy when you wind them up. The .32SX is a well-known exception. I would suggest starting with a 9-6 to 9-7 APC prop and let that Evo wind up a bit, say 16K+ rpm. The TT Pro .40's used in Quickie racing turn upwards of 17K rpm with a 9-6. Replace the stock bearings first, though.
