Need 12FG replacement part number

My nephew flies a 12FG on 72 mhz and the plastic top plate that holds the antenna ball socket assembly broke. As you can see in the photos, the molded plastic studs broke loose from the plastic top plate. I've searched the internet but can't find the part number for this piece, or even the correct name for the piece. Can you help me out with the part number and the price of the plastic top plate? Also can this be ordered directly through Hobby Services? Or will it need to be ordered through a hobby shop?
Lucky for my nephew, I also have a 12FG on 2.4 ghz, so I was able to get my nephew flying again by removing the antenna top plate from my transmitter and installing it in his. But now I need the part number to repair the antenna socket on my 12FG transmitter.
