Most people, me included, cut off the existing mount and epoxy a piece of lite ply or hard balsa to the foam. Use a few toothpicks through the wood into the foam for better mounting. Adjust the thickness of the wood, or use standoff spacers, to get the prop the right distance in front of the cowl. This assumes the use of a back mounted motor.
