The last FOUR orders I have sent to Al's Hobbies in the UK (JetTronic sequencer, BVM servo mounts, Air power drier, pneumatic fill valves) all went unfulfilled. It took a while to fill in the details for the internet orders, all showing "hub stock" which I presumed to mean central stock. All orders were confirmed. Later, for all four orders, came the messages "due to these items being unavailable we cannot fulfil the order, etc etc.,
Maybe my bad luck for ordering items which were OOS but these items continued to show and to be shown as "Hub Stock", that is just bad management.
Not my idea of " customer service", just an annoying waste of time, never again.
Time for some action at your shop(s) ?
