Vibration is nasty I have over 100 flights on my DH 4 and the muffler has come loose 1 time I have 50 flights on my Neiuport 28 and have zero problems On the neiuport in order to get the motor forward I added plywood sheet to the firewall it is 1 inch thick I believe this is the reason it runs smooth ??? I have not heard of anyone having spark trouble with a 2.4 radio Why just the aileron ??? I think you should do some more checking
