Bad luck, it seems you have an old style Flightpower battery. I have copied this from their web site.
All balanced packs now feature the JST XH plug — the most common balancing connector in the industry.
Probably the easiest thing would be to buy another battery! I must have bought dozens over the years from everywhere and every one had a JST-XT balance plug fitted.
If you are up to soldering you can buy the plugs with short leads on them and you could replace the original non standard ones.
