Most of my planes are set 0-0 on the thrust angles as well but I did go with the 2deg of right and 1 deg down thrust recommended by AMR on my big WACO. The plane does track well thru loops and does not climb excessively with throttle. Even with the right thrust you need to be on your toes with the rudder on take-off and apply throttle gradually or she will take a sharp right turn with the torque of the engine.

I would say 0-0 would work fine for the WACO just a matter of trimming for it.
