HA! Good point, but some planes seem to need VERY little coaxing ( like ... tall grass...) I can't count how many Revolver's (59" and 70") I've completely replaced the stock landing gear area on (I currently have two of each model). It's a standard part of my build \ re-build now.
btw - looking at this plane I highly doubt it needs flaps to land gently. If I got one I'd fuse the flaps to the ailerons for a higher roll rate (I have done this on other planes and it does help.)
Also, this plane looks light. I bet this plane moves nicely with a DLE 35.
