I have order from them direct from their site. Did you create an account? I have also gone the route TheBennyB took and e-mailed them direct with a list of stuff I wanted. That was before I created an account on their site. All my orders have taken 8-10 days to get to me in Nashville Tennessee. So the shipping is good and not to expensive. I always try to order based on weight to get the most for the shipping. I do have a Windows 7 based pc using Microsoft Explorer and have used SeaMonkey as a browser as well to place orders on their site.
