I need some help. We are getting older and think we need to move to a condominium where there is less maintenance and less hassle than owning a house. However, I enjoy building and running model boats, planes, and quadcopters. For the past 40 yeasrs this was not a problem as we had a house and I could use the basement or garage for model making. What can I do when we move into a 1500 sq foot apartment and no, the wife will not let me build models and make a mess in a separate bedroom. Thanks for your help!
