My auto is primary, homeowners secondary, and AMA as a last resort and I don't care what AMA raises it to I will be a member for I have and own far more than I am willing to lose to some jack-wad's lawsuit.
kudos to you sir....you are the type that keep clubs going through peeks and valleys. It's difficult to get people involved even with small tasks. The majority of our dues go to landscaping/cutting of the grass. It's almost 7,000 a year. We could get a brand spanking new top of the line mower and recover that cost in the same if not next year. And I'm sure for the first month or two lots of folks would want to have some fun, but it's a good 2-3 hours each cutting. I've said by month 3, it would fall on one or two people, who no doubt would eventually get mad at having to do it. So would I. It is nice however to have it done for us, and the guy is a member too. Was down there yesterday and it looked like a fairway!
