That is a tough decision. I have been in the business where soldering is quite important; all types from micro PC to large electronic assemblies and I do not believe there is any one best station. The biggest mistake people make is using to small an iron. While 60 watts might be excessive for really small PC (printed circuit) work, it will really handle 90% of hobby work including PC if you use the right tips. Trying to solder such items as 16 gage wire to Deans with only 40 watts is an exercise in futility for all but the more experienced solderers. If getting a soldering station, make sure that the tip temperature is what is controlled, most of the less expensive one do not, they just regulate the wattage to the system and, if you require lot of energy at the tip, you can wind up with problems. Also, be sure to learn how to use flux as it can really help with the larger jobs.
