I have an issue with my Brand New Merlin 140xbl

It has started once but will not start again! I have tried everything but the Kero just will not ignite I get a message on the terminal saying "IGN FAIL"

I have emailed info at Jetsmunt, Sonia at Xicoy and sent a message via the contact page but have had no reply

I just want to arrange return of the engine so that it can be fixed, it's very frustrating having spent SO much money on a new turbine, to be grounded at this stage!

Anyone had problems getting through to Gaspar/Jetsmunt?
