I got a full refund from PayPal. I put a DLE cylinder on mine and it runs pretty good now. The chink I bought it from on Ebay wanted me to return the motor. I said as soon as you refund the cost of the DLE cylinder I will send it back. Never got a response so I got a free motor. Chinese *******s.
