May be a dumb question but here goes. I am currently building a Pica Jungmeister 133 and am at the wing building point. I see the linkage and servo setup for the bottom wing. My question does the top wing get the same setup or are there no ailerons on the top wing? The plans show upper wing ailerons but the plans show no way of powering them. Are they needed or not.?

The plans and building manual for this plane leave a whole lot to be desired. It sometimes take longer to figure out how the pieces fit together than to do it. Fun and games.
