Gear installation commenced.

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about the set up of electric gear and after working with it. My fears weren't as bad, but it IS harder to install electric gear.

It is more difficult to work the gear in. Mostly, you have to hook up all the electronics to make them move.

I am looking forward to the ease in which flying without air will be.

As is always true, BV's gear is a thing of beauty.

In the manual, it states that the drawing for the gear door attachment that attaches the main's and it's corresponding door is drawn on the plans.

I was unable to find this drawing. So after some finagling, and the old fashioned trying to get the geometry correct, I found that a 90 degree bend at 1.25" with the wire made the best fit for my Sabre. Here is a pic if anyone else needs it.
