Cassini models P-51 Mustang ole 8 1.20 size arf
I am in charge of selling off some arf's of this mustang. The arf has a fiberglass fuse, wood built up wings etc. I've sold a few and decided to build one so people can actually see this built up and fly. I put a Saito 1.20 and elite rectacrs and had her done in 4 days. Took her to their field this morning and after the oohs and ahhs put her on the runway and took to the air. Now I was really skeptical on the performance of this plane but was pleasantly surprised on how well it performed. Very stable plane, was able to do all the typical Warbird maneuvers with ease. She came in super slow landing, so slow I thought she would tipstall but did not. She's not the most scale bird out there but she flies and performs very well. I don't think I'll have any trouble selling off the rest of these now!
