The Lanier planes are very nice from what I hear but build heavy. You might want to take a hard look at the new Wild Hare ARF. At 399.00 intro price It is probably a better plane and just a tad bigger then the H-9.

As to the Saito 1.80 hp issue, Torque is what pulls an airplane through the air, not hp. Check out the specs on a diesel engine sometime. Not trying to be condescending in the least but the Saito is WAY more powerful then the OS 1.60. "Course it is much thirstier too and it also likes high Nitro content fuels. Drinks about 1.5 oz of 30% heli per minute doing extreme 3D but man does it sound good doing it.
