Just saying it won't move is not much to go on and we can't definitively say what the problem is. It could be anything from the clutch, to the slipper, to a gear or drive pin in the trans. You need to do some troubleshooting on your own.

Let's start with the obvious, the truck rolls freely right? The brake isn't stuck on or some bearings frozen right? Then start with the engine and work your way down the driveline. Engine is spinning, check. When you rev it up is the clutchbell spinning? If it's not your clutch is shot. If the clutchbell is spinning the spur gear it engages should be spinning. If the spur gear is spinning is the slipper adjusting nut also spinning? If not the slipper is loose. After this we get into the internals of the trans but before you remove it does the truck have reverse? If so is the truck actually in forward or reverse or is it stuck in between gears? Verify this at the linkage itself not just by using the transmitter. If all this checks out you'll have to remove the trans and open it up to inspect for damage.
