I just bought a new VQ P-40 (62 inch span) from JB Hobbies, and I was recommended to put my Zenoah 20 in it, I also have read many threads whereby people had put other 20cc gassers in their .60 size Warbirds with wing spans of 62 inches to 65 inches, I have also seen videos of these Birds flying with 20cc gassers, one guy did say that his 62" span H9 Hellcat flew heavy with his Zenoah 20 in it but the plane had unlimited vertical and was just a ball to fly,
I think the time has come with these 20cc Gassers where people have accepted the fact that if you want to burn cheaper fuel and fly with great power in your .60 size Bird you have to fly a heavier plane,
make sure you have good Retracts!
I tell you one thing, in my mind a .60 size 2St Glow engine is too small for a .60 size Warbird with mechanical Retracts and 8 servos (you have flaps), I say this cause I have a GP .60 size Shoestring (61 inch span) with an OS 61FX in it and I sure wish it was faster,
with the numbers I have read, it seams to me that the power is close between the 15cc Glows and 15cc Gassers, yet the Gassers are heavier, so a 15cc Gassers has significantly more powerful than an OS 61FX, I would much rather have a 15cc Gasser in my .60 size Warbird than a .61 Glow engine,
it's just the way the hobby is, it's 5/8ths of one thing and 5/16ths of something else, it never evens out LOL

Reason: because I like this option, and of course I had to save the world again
