So C6-5s is the booster only part number?
LMA-1 is the bracket this plane fits in. 55-77 pounds. It was 82 with the RC tank that drives out but the 77-125 pound class is a pain as you have to get re inspected every year vs 1 time in my class.
A buddy built a device device for me to fire the motors but it's useing a 9v. I guess it will be to small
You can use an adapter to fit the C motors (18mm, Estes BT-20) in the D mount (24mm, Estes BT-50).
The booster only motors have a designation -0, such as C6-0, D12-0. Motors with a -7 or -5 etc, that number is delay time in seconds before the ejection charge blows forward.
PM me.. we'll talk offline, I'll show you how to use the regular motors safely for this - you can then use the bulk pack motors and enjoy the extra few seconds of smoke trail from the delay.
