The flaps are heavy, actually the complete center section is heavy. I have 130 flights on my Corsair now and had to redesign the frame work for the gear. I love the plane but no five stars on the built quality, the center section as heavy as it is is mainly a thick gel-coat and thin layer of fiber-glass.
