Not sure what is available in your country ( Depron has seemed to fall off the earth ) but I would take some pink insulation foam and hot wire cut some sheets to whatever thickness I needed. A hot wire bow is very easy to make. Use this stainless steel wire and for power, a car battery charger will work. A bit crude of a setup but with some experimenting will yield good results.
