Its amazing the reputation this Biplane has. I'm actually excited about building it. As far as the servos go, you like the HiTec line? I'm old school and mostly have used Futaba. They are very pricey but dependable. Actually I have been looking into the Savox servos. They have very impressive torque and speed specs for the dollar. Are the HiTec dependable? I fear investing 150 hours and a bunch of money into building a plane only to have it fly off into the sunset with no response to the stick.
