I built the JW Pup. It has similar construction to the Albi. As mentioned its mostly tab construction and light ply wood.
It's not as Scale as the BUSA plane. JW does take a few liberties with the plane. One for example is the lower wing sub wing. The full scale plane has one and flying wires are anchored to it. The JW kit does not have a sub wing attaches the Wires to the fuse side.
Is it a big deal? That depends on your level of expectation.
