I doubt it would be worth that much, unless you find someone that "Just has to have it".
Those Bud boats were never really good running boats. They are tail heavy, under-powered and were made more for looks than actual performance. Another issue is that many locations won't allow nitro boats due to noise and pollution. All that said, I'd be surprised if anyone offers more than $150 or so.
