When I was in the military I built a shipping box fo ra trainer to ship home in. I made it out of 1/2 plywood and screwed it together for a long trip home. It was about 2 and 1/2 feet by 6 feet long. I made a crutch frame for the fuse and the wing of the trainer to set in and it worked great! you might have to make two for each airplane that you have.
