Figuring out how to install the tail wheel took a while. As I began to work on the DuBro steerable tail wheel I asked myself the question: why am I putting a steerable tail wheel on a vintage plane that will take off within a couple of feet? That revelation came a little late, however it should mean this baby has good ground handling & the result was satisfying!
