Help with stern wheelr scratch build
Long time since I have done any RC boat stuff but I am toying with a scratch build Stern drive paddle boat.Any suggestions for gear motor ETC.I would like to use a motor from my Springer Tug.Not sure how to set it up withe belt drive gear drive chain drive.It does not have to be scale or any thing .Thought I would use blue insulation board with 1/8 in ply for a deck and let trial and error govern how the rest comes out.Probably looking for 24 to 30 inch length with .twin operational smoke stacks.RC controled lights etc.Any help or ideas.What about a gear head motor?Thanks guy Smoke trail Charlie
