Tools used were a straightedge, Sharpie, and hacksaw blade or knife. Using a cardboard box shorter than half-span with enough depth for wing chord, cut to remove all top flaps of box. Locate desired position of rectangular slots at box ends with enough clearance to accommodate wing thickness (don't make tight fit to avoid denting and stop short of going all the way to bottom) using the saw blade or knife to make cuts. Use foam pipe insulation to take up slack and immobilize wings in carrier. Cut small round holes at top ends of box to accept an appropriate length cardboard tube with friction fit (Monokote or gift wrap tube) to maintain box integrity which doubles as a handle.
