I think "Elk" may be a better translation than "Moose," since there are no native European moose. Seems more suitable for a military airplane as well. A friend of mine who grew up in Maine once said he thought that hunting a moose would be about as challenging as hunting a garage.
That was a tough one, so I'll give us all a break by asking about a well-known airplane.
