Not an Astro Hog.

Not an Ultimate.

It's a Sig Hog Bipe, with a few mods: Fiberglass Specialties aftermarket cowl, reshaped fin & rudder, added canopy & turtledeck, missing interplane struts and who knows what else. Impossible to tell from only one pic.
