I'll admit you're getting into something I haven't personally done but we should be able to work through it.

First, set your transmitter to single servo. (I'd create a new model so you still have a model with your old settings)
H3/H4 90 is correct in the Axon
Then configure the servos plugged into the Axon as shown in the H3/4 diagram 1 and 2 are left and right aileron, 3 and 4 are back and fore elevator respectively.
The model size isn't a big deal, it just adjusts agility and the differences are subtle.
I looked all over the internet and couldn't find a safe refresh rate for those servos but Digital 1 will be plenty fast for scale flying and a known safe setting so you don't over heat any servos..

After you get that setup we use the Axon config to reverse the servos so they are all moving up and down at the same time with pitch, then we use the function setting to get them moving the correct direction.
