Default Advice on grease/oil for Tamiya TT02

Hello all, first post n00b here - sorry if this has been asked/answered elsewhere - I did try searching but couldn't find anything with what I wanted to know. please direct me to the right post if I missed it though.

I've been slowly "hopping up" the Audi Quattro Rally TT02 chassis I bought a few months ago, replacing most of the moving parts with the Yeah Racing equivalents.. so far, so good. However, I'd like some advice on what I should be doing in terms of grease/oil for maximum performance and minimizing wear etc. At the time of putting the differentials together, I used the little tube of "Tamiya Grease" the kit came with, though I'm inclined to think I was probably less liberal with it than I could've been. I went to buy more from a hobby store near me and they sold me the Molybdenum Grease, but I've since read up on that, and now I'm not sure if it's the right thing for all the places I've put it. Not to mention I since read not to bother greasing the suspension supports etc because the grease just attracts dust and particles that cause more wear. There's a lot of conflicting info knocking around.

The TL;DR is: I would appreciate some solid "do this, not this" pointers of what type of grease I should get to put a) in the diffs (front and back), b) on the pinion gear, and c) anywhere else that needs it so I don't wear the motor or any other parts out and/or hobble my car's overall performance.

thanks in advance!
