You are correct on all statements. There probably is some tip weight in there, but it wont be enough. Some folks tape a quarter on the outboard tip. I use lead tape and tape over it for better aerodynamics and insure it stays on. the lead outs will probably be ok with that engine. I have used an ASP 21 and with it I usually move the lead outs 10mm aft.
Sorry guys as I've not posted for 12 months I've just come across this post.
All Yuvenko combat models are built perfect ready to fly and No, there is no tip weight and the lead outs are in the right position.
The only adjustment you need to make is moving the engine forward or back for your own abilities in flying.
All modern Ukraine combat models irrespective of manufacturer have no tip weight.
Whether you can fly one or not is a little thing called Reflexes.
The Yuvenko F2E European diesel combat models are about my limit.
